15 days / weekly reports will be provided as per the need of client
All campaign and ads are subjected to approval from client/representative after that only final campaign or ads will be displayed online.
For initiating the project 60% of the payment has to be deposited in advance and full payment after 11 days of advance payment.
DLT registration and SMS header creation will be strictly as per the government rule and regulation.
All the information provided by the clients will be kept confidential with us.
For the purpose of Marketing online special accounts need to be created in name of the business and login credentials of the same will be shared with the client/clients.
In Case of Changes in Services by digital platform providers, same will be communicated to the client(s) by E-mail.
Any content provided by client, deviating from government guidelines and polices are prohibited.
Any Changes to be done in project has to be informed by the Client(s) well in advance.
After Order of Services , you should provide the Documents of Authenticity , Like- letter head with stamp, company Registration, ID proofs, Pancard.
Client or Customer with order of Website is responsible for obtaining and buying a domain name.
Kotapride Team admits that Client has the right to edit the work in a time frame and that Kotapride Agency will collaborate with Client in editing or some changes in promotional Content.
If the customer has their own terms and conditions for their clients ,They have to mention them before the work start.

Clients or Advertisers can cancel their Orders if the team of Kotapride has not started work .
